If you have an existing account with Essity/BSN Medical you simply need to activate your online account.

Supply us with your current Essity Account information here. Once your details have been verified, you will receive a welcome email to start shopping online.

Become a Customer?

If you would like to become a Customer of Essity, you can apply for a pre-paid account, or a credit account.

Payment-in-Advance (PIA) Customers will be required to make payment by instant EFT or credit card prior to goods being despatched.

Credit account Customers will enjoy a 30 day credit facility, pending all supporting documents being received, and upon approval by Essity Finance Department.
